“Discover Drawing – in lovely Levin” (Beginners Workshop) Sunday April 29th 2018 – 10.00am – 4.00pm.  Venue: Horowhenua Arts Society, 119 Bath Street, Levin.

Did you enjoy art at school? Have you touched a pencil since then? Or do you want to try a new medium? Then this day is for you. Using step-by-step demonstrations and a variety of media, we will produce a collection of finished pieces that will boost your creative confidence. All materials are supplied including morning tea. $60pp. Just bring your lunch. 🙂

Drawing for Absolute Beginners

Always wanted to learn to draw? Then this course is for you. Using step-by-step demonstrations and a variety of media we will produce a collection of finished pieces that will add to your portfolio of techniques and medium knowledge.

Building Creative Confidence

Using ink and acrylic we will prepare our support for transferring our still life image, use bold ink lines to lay down our composition and then enjoy the process of applying our bright and bold acrylic colours.
